Shipping Policy

1. Order Dispatch (Processing Time)

• We hustle to get your order to you! All orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

• You will receive an email/WhatsApp with your Tracking Link as soon as the packet is handed over to the courier partner.

2. Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

• Kerala & South India: 2 - 4 Days

• Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3 - 5 Days

• Rest of India: 5 - 7 Days

• Note: Deliveries might be slightly delayed during festivals, extreme weather, or strikes.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. (Below that, a flat fee of ₹50 applies).

• COD Orders: A flat Cash-on-Delivery handling fee of ₹30 applies to all COD orders.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with a tracking number (AWB).

• You can track your package directly on our courier partner's website or via the link sent to you.

5. Incomplete Addresses

• Please ensure your phone number and complete address (including House No. & Landmark) are correct.

• If a packet is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unanswerable phone number, we will have to deduct shipping charges from your refund.
